James is the CEO of award winning, Brixham-based Effect Photonics and has over 30 years experience in the photonics components business in product development, marketing, sales and general management. He has built successful businesses within large companies including Nortel, JDSU and start-ups with Agility Communications
Founded in 2010, EFFECT Photonics delivers highly integrated optical communications products based on its Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) optical System-on-Chip technology.
James will explains why we need a rapid change in technologies that enable an ever-growing amount of data communications and what EFFECT is doing to realise this change.
