Smart Skills helps Devon based small or medium-sized businesses (SMEs) and other organisations to identify skills gaps in their existing workforce and provide the skills training they need to become more resilient. It also helps adults who are employed and looking for training options, unemployed, recently made redundant or currently on furlough.
