Are you and your workplace looking for a free challenge to help improve your health and wellbeing? Then why not team up with work colleagues and join the many businesses, companies and organisations taking part in this fun Devon-wide active workplace challenge. Your workplace can also enter multiple teams, which adds to the fun!
Running from the 1-31st March 2022, this ever-popular challenge is all about encouraging you and your colleagues to be active daily, whilst seeing how your team and workplace fares against other local businesses and organisations!
Whether you travel to work or are working from home you can take part, plus, there are lots of great prizes to be won.
And no, you don’t need to be super active to take part. This year is all about rewarding consistency, tracking your individual and team progress and celebrating the activity levels of your workplace. It really doesn’t matter how far or how fast you go, just that you do your 26 minutes and support your buddies to do theirs.
