It is an honour to share with you my first Annual Report as Director of Public Health for Torbay. I have chosen mental health as the focus for this report and invite you to continue in the conversation about improving the mental health and wellbeing of people in Torbay. There are challenges but also many examples of how communities and organisations have rallied together and found innovative solutions to these challenges, especially in responding to the Covid-19 pandemic.
